• Drive: Max drives until he doesn't remember that he can't remember.
  My theory on how and why Max and the Interceptor survive all the things the Wasteland throws at them: they don't, but as long as only one of them dies, the other brings him back. How many times has that happened? Max cannot remember, and the Interceptor doesn't tell.
